The 2008 foals will be posted under "Foals for Sale" on the Sanway Stock Farm's website.

When you find a foal that you want to purchase, notify Sandra at sanwayqh@inethome.ca

Once you notify us with which foal you want, we will then put "PENDING" on the foal that you selected. In the event that there is more then one person interested in the same foal, the foal will be marked "PENDING" for the first person who contacted us on that particular foal, on a first come first serve basis. The foal will remain on "PENDING" status until your Deposit, and Purchase Agreement have been received. Please print off, fill in and mail the Purchase Agreement with your deposit. Purchase Agreements are mandatory and must accompany the deposit.

We will allow 3 days to receive email notification with a tracking number showing your deposit has been sent. If we do not have a tracking number within 3 days, the foal will be put back on available status. Use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Email Sandra with your tracking number: sanwayqh@inethome.ca

Your deposit must be at least 1/2 of the purchase price of the foal, listed on the photo. You will have until August 25th, 2008 to pay the balance due for the foal. Transport fees are due on August 25th 2008 as well.  Remember that your deposit is NOT refundable. Should your foal and transport fee not be paid in full by the deadlines indicated, the foal will either not be scheduled for transport or will be offered for sale to another buyer.

Deposits can be made by PayPal , certified checks, bank drafts, Western Union or any Financial Institution issued International money orders.

No personal checks or postal money orders will be accepted.
